Growing up surrounded by sports, I developed a deep love for physical activity. From playing on the field to cheering from the sidelines, sports have been an integral part of my life. But it wasn’t until I discovered the transformative power of fitness that I truly found my calling.
Bachelors in Exercise Science: My academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, complemented by a minor in biology. This foundation allowed me to delve into the intricacies of human movement, physiology, and performance optimization.
Masters in Exercise Science (Human Performance):
My thirst for knowledge led me to pursue a Master’s degree with a concentration in human performance. This advanced training equipped me with the skills to elevate my athletic abilities and enhance my overall well-being.

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA):

USAW Level 1 (USA Weightlifting Association):
